Our staple espresso blend.

Individual yet completely versatile this blend is designed to perform well as both espresso and with milk (where we recommend 8oz cup size max).

Our recommended dose is 16-18g with a yield of 34g in 28s @ 96deg

The current blend is:
60% Brazil Rossi Natural
40% Colombia San Agustin

Tasting Notes:

Acidity - Citrus
Flavour - Orange, Toffee, Chocolate
Sweetness - Chocolate
Aftertaste - Lasting

We recommend use with:
This blend is designed for espresso however does work well through stove top, french press and moka pot

Roast days are - Tuesday and Thursday
