We have had this idea on the backburner for a long time.
In this Alpha brew series you will be able to purchase coffee which has been part of our starting process. We will always have coffee we worked with during profiling, or that we really liked but opted to go in a different direction. It may just be a little older, or a slightly different roast character to what we decided on. Normally we keep all this coffee for ourselves but recently there has been too much even for us caffeine fiends to consume.
The 350g bags will be shipped in a recyclable/biodegradable bag and small envelope to further reduce our footprint.
Whether its 1kg whole bean or a 350g bag of your choice we will fill it and pop it out to you with what it is and the best way to brew it.
*Coffee beans part of the Alpha Brew collection are the result of the design process that we perform to create our main flagship coffee line. As a result, the beans found in this collection may perform differently on home brewing equipment than our main collection.
