Here is the result of a fantastic collaboration between ourselves and Stuart and his brother at Biggar Gin company. We wanted to make something together that was a coffee cold brew boozy beverage, but unlike anything you have tasted before.
The result was a few months of hard work and testing and a very select few ingredients and processes. A base spirit made exclusively from cocoa and coffee, then combined and cut with a specialised cold brew concentrate of our fabulous yeasted Mexican Natural (sweeter things) and transformed afterwards into a coffee liqueur.
We are immensely proud of the end product and though we ourselves cannot sell it if you hit that button below it will take you straight to a bottle (well the webpage anyway).
We recommend use with: Anything you can image that includes coffee and some fun. But we recommend a little water, plenty of ice and a good shake for a cheats espresso martini.
